Terms

Payment Methods & Terms:
We accept Paypal.  When that service is not available we prefer all payments to be sent in by money order. Personal Checks will be accepted on orders $50.00 or less, $75.00 to $150.00 after your 1st purchase, and $150-$300 after your 3rd purchase with us. All check paid orders will be processed and sent out after the check has cleared the bank entirely.
 
There will be penalty fees of $40.00 on returned checks along with a $25.00 administration fee. No order is processed on check payments, till your check has been verified and fully clears the bank.
 
Shipping & Handling/Tax:
We ship only to valid US addresses  via all shipping methods. POB or APO shipments are standard shipping only.  The shipping and handling fee will vary depending on where the order is being shipped to. If at the time of you order the s/h is not available, we will contact you with the rate before processing your order. There will be applicable sale tax where required, that also will be on the site or confirmed to you before we complete your order. Sorry, but at this time we do not ship internationally. If you plan to visit the USA, please contact us then.

Returns & Exchanges:
It’s my goal to satisfy my customers and try to display and provide all graphics (where available) & written content about an item we carry. Any questions on a product, contact us before placing your order.
To avoid unnecessary and excessive returns, we suggest
that you verify the items in your cart before finalizing your order. As most of our products are custom made  or handcrafted there are no returns on those items. On general manufactured merchandise, you must contact customer service for a return approval code. No returns will be accepted without one. Returns are for even exchanges only or store credit. Our returns are close to none, therefore at this time we do not issue refunds.
 
Return Approval Code Steps:
  1. Contact customer service online or by phone, state nature of the problem.
  2. If approved, you will be sent or given a return approval code.
  3. Package your return item with the return slip and    ship ( we are not responsible for lost packages, please ship with a vendor who can track your package) to us at -

        and return to the senders address on the original package.
 
There are no credits towards the shipping expenses, you will receive within 24 hours a gift certificate or credit to use at a future date. All return credits expire 90 days after it’s issue date.
 
Damages:
If you receive the wrong item or it arrives damaged Please notify us within 24 hours of receipt. We will exchange incorrectly shipped items, but damage claims must be within 24 hrs.
